Dickhead driver on busy Morecambe promenade and busy roundabout by Aldi purposely positions his vehicle so nobody could pass him either side, slightly before the roundabout and on the roundabout not letting traffic through to pass and turn right either. Is he afraid of vehicles behind him making legitimate progress in the other lane and passing him?
I wonder how he feels in supermarket queues when he gets held up in the queue he is in and others who queued after him elsewhere get served before him?
Seems like he has a personality defect.
