Driver deliberately stopped us overtaking twice by driving partly in the over taking lane and reversing in stopped traffic to intimidate us. He would also break unnecessarily forcing us to break hard. We had two young grandchildren in the car and we did nothing to warrant his absurd and dangerous behaviour.
