Overtaking a VOI vehicle last minute when the vehicle had indicated already
I was riding my voi and there was a turn. I indicated respectfully within time and he decided to overtake and squeeze me right next to a curb
Did not see the driver but the passenger, the passenger was of black ethnicity and seemed to be wearing labourer clothing. The company on the van was M2 something.
