Driving like a twat, it’s rush hour we all have places to be and he’s driving so slowly, being slow to pull off from lights, constantly slowing down for no reason. I was stuck behind him for 20 minutes. I finally got infront of him thanks to two merging lanes at traffic lights and saw him on his phone aswell. Keeping people from where they need to be, not a competent driver at all
