This man had been driving recklessly all up the M62 swerving in between cars, going very close to the backs of other peoples cars, flipping people off and swearing through the windows. He came up to our car after we done nothing wrong and started swearing at us, flipping us off, getting very close. He also had a passenger with him who was doing the same.
From all we could see was that he had a black cap with a blonde curly beard, His passenger I couldn't tell.
