Drove up St. Daniels Hill in Pembroke very slowly and when I tried to pass, sped up significantly and swerved violently in front of my car to stop me from overtaking. Then they proceeded to brake suddenly over and over for no reason for the next 3 miles. Weather conditions were dark and icy, making this behaviour even more dangerous.
