Land Rover doing 15mph on a 40 road!
Causing a massive traffic queue of cars flashing and beeping at them. All caught on dashcam. Shouldn’t be driving if you can’t drive fast / competent enough. Sent the footage to the police.
Didn’t see because it had 5% tints on as per usual. Either elderly or new driver. Both causing danger to other drivers.
