The van driver stayed on the middle of the road he breaked sharply every time he turned the corner and and parked in the middle of the road, he started to talk to his friend on the road. When I used my horn to get there attention the guy he was talking to started to shout abuse. The van driver had plenty of space to park up. On the side but wouldn't move the vehicle. After 6 mins he moved off.
The driver was Infront of me so I couldn't see his face
