I was in the fast Lane of the A21 Westbound between the M25 Spur Road at Junction 4 & Pratt’s Bottom.
I saw a sign indicating that the dual carriageway was narrowing down to a single carriageway & shortly afterwards my lane ended. The road ahead of me was clear & as I glided to the left into the single carriageway a motorist came behind me on my left furiously beeping me. He then swerved to the left onto chevrons to get round me. It was an incident of careless driving as I was travelling at just under the speed limit of 40 mph. I had nowhere else to go & he should have not tried to overtake me on the inside. He should have slowed down & let me in as he was coming up behind the blind spot in my car.
