Dangerously close tailgating on the outside lane. Continuous harrassment. When I moved in to let him past, he slowed and tried to side swipe me several times, presumably to intimidate and then when I refused to look at him, he pulled in right in front of me and slammed his brakes on forcing me to swerve. If there had been a car to my left, there would have been a pile up on the motorway.
