Driver accellerated at a pedestrian crossing the road in a marked crossing place. Driver was turning right onto high st. Cars already on the high street had slowed to allow pedestrian to cross but this driver went into the gap caused by these cars slowing down foe the pedestrian and when shebsaw the pedestrian she accellerated at the pedestrian who was half way across the street instead of slowing.
