Vehicle excess speed approx. 40mph-45mph on Lode Lane approaching roundabout, overtaking and undertaking vehicles with harsh acceleration to get ahead of traffic. Following roundabout, would jump start at red lights and accelerate very quickly off the lights. Clearly an impatient driver and had a driver been switching lanes, the offending vehicle would not be able to react in time with the excess speed it was travelling.
