He came up behind me in a 50, I was doing 50. He was tail gating then decided to overtake me - to do so he had to drive entirely onto the other side of the road and went around a pedestrian crossing (the wrong side) to do so. He was in my sight for the next mile and was driving aggressively and dangerously. He appeared to have a passenger too.
