Vehicles were dashing to get through the lights for the road (A589) to the motorway from Parliament Street by Skerton Bridge in Lancaster. The one in front went through as the lights turned red but this van followed when the lights had turned green from the Skerton Bridge side but traffic hadn’t started moving.
