White VOLKSWAGEN HIGH UP 2014
This cancer head driver pulls out onto the A65 in the Clapham area to turn right along the A65 forcing oncoming traffic (not speeding) to have to brake instead of waiting for sufficient space. He then drives mostly below the speed limit holding up the traffic all the way up the A65 and A629 towards Cononley. The fact he pulled out in front of approaching vehicles obstructing their progress then doing about 10mph under the speed limit a lot.
