Outer Lane of 2 was clearly Signed as Closed due to Barrier repairs .Inner lane was Exit onto A1.All vehicles filtered in , but this totally selfish /stupid Driver thought he would speed right to the closure and attempt to Push in .A Truck in front of me moved and straddled the line .The Hilux driver then cut in immediately behind the truck and attempted to undertake the truck but had nowhere to go ,he then forced himself onto the M18 off slip to the A1 and was forced to exit onto the A1 as he couldn't stay on M18 as traffic was bumper to bumper .His Driving caused several vehicles to take evasive action .He then dabbed his brakes several times to cause cars behind who'd flashed etc to slam on their brakes
