Lane hogger. Driver remained in lane 2, at a speed marginally faster than traffic in lane 1, sticking to my blindspot. Had to brake to overtake behind this vehicle, moving into lane 3, to get around him. When I was in lane 2, he moved into lane 3, again moving into my blind spot, and keeping to my speed. This behaviour was repeated several times, even when I was in lane , with clearance ahead and behind. If I slowed down, he slowed down, if I sped up, he sped up.
