Crashed in to plant pot. Driver totally unaware. Very unbalanced on feet, went into doctors for 2hrs. We informed doctors about the incident and he got in his car and drove away. Driving was very unsafe when leaving car park. Bunny hoping, harsh acceleration, driving in middle of the road
