This driver seemed to this he was more important than everyone else queueing for the hospital. Queues for parking are terrible was taking an hour to get in. Everyone in the queue is there as a patient or to see loved ones.

This geezer decided to cut the hour long queue everyone else was in and cut in by going into a yellow hatch box protecting a hospital service entrance/exit.
Saw him afterwards and he wasn’t in any urgent case, was just being lazy thinking he’s more important than everyone else.
