Silver FORD FUSION STYLE PLUS 2010
Something wrong with this driver always in outside lane trying to stay in front of everyone else and not prepared to wait in left lane when on his own at traffic lights.
When waiting at red lights in second lane, I pulled up alongside him in the first lane in line with his car, and he nudged about half the length of his car in front instead of waiting level so that he could have advantage as well as being in the second lane. All the way he drove near the middle of the road to be as obstructive as he could to prevent anyone passing him. There was something odd about him trying to keep in front, not that I wanted to pass, but whenever there was opportunity he obstructed me.
Mentally disturbed - probably suffering from small car syndrome.
