Lady was stopping vehicle to tell multiple people they shouldn't be crossing when driving near town centre and being rude. I pipped my horn as other vehicles were builing up behind me. She then got out of her vehicle aggressively telling me they was coming in front of her car she then went on to tell me I'm a fat cow.
