Was in the wrong lane and due to not being in a position to allow him in, became aggressive and sitting on bumper (we had our one year old twins in the car) before trying to overtake us on the hash markings, overtaking two other cars. He then reduced speed before stopping on the road despite green light almost causing an accident by deliberately trying to get us to run into the he back of him. He also performed a number of rude gesticulating actions towards us. He himself also had a young child in the car.
