Parks like a prick on the school run whenever the fancy takes them. Routinely ignores single yellow restrictions, obstructs other drivers' view of oncoming traffic, blocks the pavement, etc. Not that they care about inconveniencing anyone else. After all, what could be more important than cutting a couple of minutes off their walk to school?
