SKODA SUPERB SE L IV PHEV S-A 2021
I was driving around The Shrimp roundabout in Morecambe when this Skoda approaching from the Lancaster direction along Lancaster Road aggressively pulled out in front of me and headed off towards Sainsbury’s. He went at excessive speed but was caught up at the lights by Sainsbury’s where I got his vehicle registration details and he blocked the Keep Clear stretch at Downes Grove. He then sped off along Lancaster Road towards Morecambe and I kept him within my sight. He then turned into Rosebery Avenue and parked outside a property on the left as you go away from Lancaster Road.
Doesn’t give way at junctions/roundabouts, speeds, doesn’t “Keep Clear” at junctions, and more.
