Binley roundabout at a red light. My light turns green - his light turns red - all cars start moving, he stays where he is becuase his light is now on red and is messing about with something in the car. As it is my right of way, I proceed to carry on straight over the round about - he pulls out, almost t-boning my car - i beep to make him aware of my existance, and get a road rage response of, undertaking me, shouting, speeding up, cutting me off and slamming his breaks on so i have to swerve into the left lane to avoid a collision.
Male. Aprox 30. Dark hair - probs tiny willy. Has some issues.
Maybe won his license out of a cereal box?
