She was having a long conversation on her mobile phone which was inches away from her mouth. She was also tailgating our car, she kept nearly slamming into the back of us. She was very unaware of her surroundings and it seemed normal to her.It was so bad we had to move lanes. Then she drove past us doing the same thing to another car. She was speeding while holding her phone in her hand. We were worried she would go into the back of us or someone else. Me(the passenger) tried to get an image from the wing mirror of her with her phone in hand but it was very hard to see with the glare. I’ve attached this image anyway.
