Lady was on her cell phone on free way wasn't letting people on the free way from ramp including myself, i had to slow all the way down before entering free way. then when getting off the free way she started gesturing me asking what my problem was. The funny thing is; I wasn't even giving her any reason to retaliate maybe I shook my head is all.
