Illegal close pass of cyclist failing to give the legally required 1.5m clearance. Went on to verbally abuse the cyclist even thou they caused the entire incident. He drove into the cyclist but tried to blame him. If he had given the required clearance it would be impossible for the cyclist to his his car. Very poor irresponsible driver and very cowardly person trying to blame another person for their mistake. Driver has been reported and prosecuted.
