Dangerous Driving
Slammed on brakes repeatedly and did 10mph less than the speed limit. There were no cars in front of this driver and road conditions were favourable - so there was no excuse for this type of driving. They then sped down the remaining half of the A38.
Driving Miss Daisy is an understatement with this driver.
