This car was driving in the left lane of the motorway as I was driving up the sliproad from junction 26 to join. I can't remember if it was able to move into lane 2 so I slowed down and prepared to give way to it as is correct. However this idiot actually slowed down in the live lane as if to let me out. It could have got rearended by another vehicle so is a totally braindead thing to do. I suggest this driver looks at their Highway Code and finds out who gives way to who.
