Shortly after exiting the services this vehicle pulled in behind and proceeded to tailgate me. I slowed down to try and shake him off but to no avail. I pulled onto the hard shoulder to let this idiot go past me and on rejoining the motorway I noticed that he had decided to tailgate another vehicle. As the driver went past me I honked him and got absolutely no reaction. He seemed glazed over, almost in a trance and totally oblivious to anything going on around him.
