Car coming towards me as I was going uphill, refused to pull into a gap on his side of the road which would enabled my right of way, despite the obstruction of parked cars being on his side of the road. He failed to accept that the highway code gave me right of way on two counts and he told me couldn't parallel park. He shouldn't have a license!
