Speeding up behind me between Ribby Hall & Wrea Green, tailgating me all the way through Wrea Green then still in the 20 zone decides to overtake doing about 40.
A Miller Homes employee/contractor using the van he was driving to harass and intimidate other motorists and using aggressive/antisocial tactics to make progress showing no concern for other road users. Mostly impatient.
