Not giving way, mounting pavement, offensive gesticulation
Failed to give way to oncoming traffic while driving over a narrow bridge. Mounted the pavement to force his way through rather than reverse and concede he was in the wrong. Didn't like his terrible driving being highlighted so gave a one-fingered salute.
