I spotted this brainless excuse for a driver tailgating an articulated lorry at approximately 40mph on a motorway!! I imagine the driver was trying to see how slow it would have to go to get this numpty off its arse. This driver needs to be educated as to how incredibly dangerous this can be.
I only noticed that the car had a male passenger so have no idea what gender was driving.
