The oncoming traffic was in a que to turn left on to a property and there was two cars Infront of me wanting to turn right. Above reg shot passed at speed as car was turning right I would say 60mph in a 40mph zone. It was so close to the car that was turning
Did not see the driver but had Banbury Security on the side
