Took place on Vernon Street heading onto Bridge Street.
There is a heavy amount of traffic. This black Saab pulls out of Little Whip Street behind us and accelerates hard in the oncoming lane, overtaking me and a few others cars in order to get to traffic light first (right hand side). Gave one pedestrian a fright. He then accelerates again, narrowly missing a pedestrian who was still crossing the road (wearing headphones) and cuts into the left lane before heading down Grey Friars Road. Drives like a maniac but still gets held up at each and every traffic light and doesn't get very far.
