Last sec cut off, The male driver wasn't even looking, he just cut in at a speed on the last bit of the chevron marking, and hoped for the best. Just a red light straight after too....
Did a hard brake, and just managed to avoid the crash.
How difficult to just wait a sec to make sure it is safe to do a "cut off"
