Another bmw driver with no respect for the speed limit. I was doing just below the 40mph speed limit when this dick came up behind and overtook me. Funnily enough I then caught the driver up when he got stuck at a red traffic light beside the new housing development. Stops for a red light then, obviously just ignores speed limits!!
