Nearly drove into me as I walked down the pavement, only just stopping. She shouted angrily at me. I walked back, allowed her to pass, then as she was pulling into a cul de sac, I approached her to ask what she said. She got very angry, when actually I was expecting an apology. I'm reporting her here because every other method of reporting her does not work. An unpleasant woman, who seems to disregard the rights of pedestrians.
