I was driving westbound and slowing down as the pedestrian crossing was showing a red light. The person crossing had no sooner got clear than this car proceeded to drive straight through the red light heading eastbound. The driver appeared to make no effort to slow down or stop despite me sitting there doing just that. If he had appeared any earlier he would have wiped out the pedestrian.
