This idiot was tailgating us so closely when we were following traffic in front and could not go any faster. He then proceeded to recklessly overtake us on the other side of the road while cars were coming the other way. This forced him to swerve into our car and side swiped us, causing damage to our car. He then sped off, and then emergency braked to a stop in the middle of the road, presumably hoping we would crash into the back of him. We followed him in an attempt to try to get him to pull over due to the damage he had caused but he proceeded to speed away.
