Pulling up to a junction on the off side of my car as I was waiting to turn left, blasting his horn at another car which was in traffic across the junction. As the lights changed and the car across the junction moved forward he pulled out and across the front of my car almost taking the front of my car off then stuck to the car in front as if he were following him.
