Parked their car right in the middle of a car park, literally in the gap between two rows of bays. This likely encouraged at least one other driver to do the same, causing major disruption. At one point, this driver returned to her car to find it blocked in by that second car, and after sitting for a while, got out and left. Returned later, used an empty parking spot to turn round, and left, oblivious to the problems caused.
