Parked half in the road (parked while going into a housing estate).
Went past the driver twice with a 1 hour+ gap in between. Both times I went past I saw the driver in the car.
Road users were having to go onto the other side of the road to go around, as his rear wheels where half way across the road.
Nothing was in front of the golf. The driver just clearly couldn’t be bothered to go a few feet forward, and wanted to annoy other road users.
