This braindead driver exited from Junction 2 when he should have given way. He was driving beside me and just expected me to either move into lane 2 or brake to accommodate him. I couldn't move over as I had a vehicle beside me which he wouldn't have seen. I suggest you read your Highway Code and refresh your knowledge of who gives way to who! As the driver of a company van with "ELC" on it, you would think he would know better.
