I was parked at the end of the parking area up to the hatched area when this Transit van approached from the opposite direction, pulled up in front of me sandwiching me between his van and the vehicle behind me, and parked in the hatched area (no parking) on the corner and overshooting the side road. I parked at the end so I could drive out without anyone obstructing when this lawbreaker who doesn’t care conveniently blocks my right of way. The fact that he parked obstructively, not just in front of me but also blocking the side road shows he doesn’t care and abused his power behind the wheel for his convenience.
