Undertaking, Obstructing Manoeuvres & Hogging Middle Lane

Several vehicles entered the eastbound M55 slip road from the Marton Interchange roundabout and were some distance in front of this van who joined the slip road from Preston New Road at quite some speed. It wasn’t a 70 mph limit until the slip road and the van was doing this beforehand. These two vehicles were way in front when joining the slip road and were in the right lane indicating to move over but the van obstructed their manoeuvre by speeding up, undertaking and not letting the vehicles in front which had right of way move over. This van then got into the middle lane on the main carriageway and stayed in it all the way up to the A6/M6 junction where three lanes become two. So as well as speeding, obstructing and undertaking, there was persistent middle lane hogging for almost twelve miles as well.
