I was driving as per speed limit, also because there was black ice and unfinished road surface works I could not safely travel more than 37/38 mph before the 30 mph limit on a666. This dangerous and aggressive driver was tailgating another car way behind me and then swurved out and raced up at the traffic lights beside me at and told me to roll window down, this white male baldy started swearing being abusive and calling racist names etc. I was driving safely as per speed limits and I had baby and my wife in the car. This was very unpleasant and we felt very threatened.
White male, bald, middle age maybe late 40s/50s/60s, black jacket, clean shave or light stable, looked a bit drunk or drugged up as he was very aggressive and racist and slurred slightly
