Pulled out in front of me off trading estate when they ought to have waited Then sped off @40mph I tried to keep up with him but stopped when I saw my Speedo reaching 40 in a 30mph area towards Brierley Hill town over a bridge,crossing and right hand and left hand roads adjoining maniac, probably cus he thought he will not get hurt selfish bad driving. Knew he had done wrong to go and drive like this afterwards. Very inconsiderate..!!!!!.. !
Did not see home too high against my car. But he needs to be stopped!
